At present, we manage several estates in and around the Berkshire area. Our duties include maintaining the communal areas, apartments and houses on the estates, ensuring that all residents live in a damage-free, well-cared-for environment. In addition to communal maintenance, we offer assistance with any major requests, whether that is residents who require private work or a large project to be completed on the estate. We have undertaken projects ranging from renovating an entire gym, spa, and pool area for residents to enjoy, to minor tasks like fixing paintwork. Our aim is to keep the property fully functional and operating in the best condition possible to ensure optimal operation.
